Location Information: precise location data (GPS) from riders for real-time delivery tracking and rider status updates
User-Submitted Content: photos or information uploaded for order or delivery purposes
Technical Information: device or application data required for system functionality and security

        We do not collect sensitive personal data such as identification cards,
        passport details, or credit card and bank account information through the App.

Create and manage user accounts
Provide delivery and rider-related services
Enable real-time order and rider location tracking
Communicate service-related information
Improve application functionality and user experience

Personal data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes without explicit user consent.

We may disclose personal data only as necessary for service operation, including internal use and trusted service providers supporting system infrastructure. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
